Ellsworth Adhesives Europe are pleased to introduce the new Fisnar DC50 Max Precision Dispenser to their extensive dispensing portfolio.
The Fisnar DC50 MAX is based on their popular DC50 dispense controller, but with added enhancements. The user-friendly machine functions, controls, and two-mode machine operation found in the DC50 have been retained in the DC50 MAX. This simplified programming enables a dispense cycle to be created and displayed within minutes, regardless of user experience level.
The systems precision regulator and 0-100 psi digital pressure gauge provide precise flow control and repeatability when dispensing both low and high viscosity materials. Additionally, the adjustable vacuum suck-back control prevents fluid dripping from the dispense tip to ensure a clean application.
In conjunction with the launch of the DC50 MAX, Fisnar have also introduced their new FSX syringe stand which is included with the system as standard.
Featuring an improved design, the stand provides better storage of the syringe barrel when not in use. This protects the dispense tip from accidental damage as well as capturing any fluid which may drip. The storage bottle also helps protect the tip from foreign contaminants and environmental lighting that may affect the properties of the fluid inside.
The convenient built-in trays allow for a small amount of fluid material to be purged into a clean and contained location. This is particularly helpful when checking for accurate fluid material flow or when a new dispense tip is attached.
