This new Dymax product offers significant benefits to users including cost savings and increased productivity. For example, GA-201 is easily dispensed into intricate and complex configurations and can accommodate design changes without investment in additional tooling. Using GA-201 will reduce process time and part handling, making it a cost effective solution.
Providing an alternative to tapes, PSA die-cut gaskets, 2K epoxies, silicone rope, or RTV sealants, Dymax GA-201 helps reduce labour costs and part-handling while increasing production throughput.
With a simple dispensing and curing process, GA-201 is also user friendly. GA-201 cures on demand, without damaging heat-sensitive substrates. The need for racking and the waste associated with poorly fitting or improperly aligned die-cut gaskets, is therefore eliminated.
Finally, GA-201 provides reliable protection, with the moisture and chemical-resistant material acting as a barrier to prevent absorption or penetration of air, dust, noise, liquids, gaseous substances, or dirt.
