The MixPac DB 2K tool system from Sulzer is compatible with 2K cartridges and mixers of various dimensions, and thanks to its memory function, provides quick and precise metering for its users. The unique memory function is easy to handle and allows application amounts to be consistently dispensed with a click of the trigger, whilst the application speed can be adjusted in any situation.
The ‘dual-drive-rod’ design of the new DB 2K dispenser, and the Mixpac cartridge and mixer technology, ensures an equal cure time and reproducible quality of the adhesive. This robust design and the widely proven 18-volt Li-Ion high performance battery, allows the dispenser to operate in a constant manner, meaning the operator does not feel the differences in viscosity. Furthermore, the dispenser’s anti-drip function enables clean and efficient work through the prevention of dripping once dispensing has terminated.
The MixPac DB 2K dispenser has been designed with serial applications in mind as well as for typical outdoor construction environments where the DB 2K offers the same excellent performance day after day.
