Conformal Coatings help protect printed circuit boards from environmental stresses, especially contaminants such as water, solvents, dust and other materials detrimental to electronic assemblies.
A conformal coating can be acrylic, polyurethane, silicone, epoxy or UV Curing and Ellsworth Adhesives offers all of these chemistries.
Popular in the electronics, automotive, appliance, and aerospace industries, nearly all of our conformal coating systems are MIL-46058C and IPC CC830B specified, and have some level of UL acceptance.
