Sheet Wax & Fillets

Sheet Wax is used primarily to simulate metal or part thickness when making metal forming dies or punches, resin transfer moulds (RTM), or any two part moulds requiring uniform part thickness.

We supply Freeman No. 266 Thermal Stable Sheet Wax (adhesive back) which is available in various thicknesses and sheet sizes.

Fillets are made from a high melting point wax formulation and are capable of meeting the needs of a wide variety of pattern shop applications.
Wax Fillets are easily applied to straight or irregularly shaped surfaces because of their flexibility, and produce accurate radii regardless of application conditions.
